Two storey wooden building on a pier in the intracoastal waterway. The clubhouse was completed in 1918 by Stanley Kitching, but was demolished in the 16 September 1928 hurricane. Sent from M.K. Wise to Mary Green in Middletown, Indiana. Postmarked July 8, 1927.
